Rode Streamway Trail > College Blvd > Woodland Loop - 27.8miles @ 2h 4min, 13.7mph. split times 10:30 & 67:50. nice ride w/o wind, fun :)

2nd ride on the mize loop: 21 mi in 1:38:21 at 12.7mph. splits at 10:50, 67:30. slight improvement over march 28th

Just finished cycling the 47th street hill loop. 6.5 miles in 31min, @ 13.2mph, split times of 11m and 18m.

went for a jog with some peeps in the neighborhood... I got gapped then dropped. it wasn't a pretty sight.

rode the Mize loop: 21 miles in 1:40:50 @12.4mph. split times of 11, 39, and 66:30. I've got some improving to do.
